In his more than thirty-five years as a trial attorney, Steve has built strong collaborative relationships with clients focused on listening and developing thoughtful, aggressive litigation strategies. He believes that attorneys must be loyal and compassionate counselors in the practice of law, strongly focused on ethical standards and professionalism.

Steve lives on the east side of Cleveland with his wife. Their adult daughter (Mayfield Village, OH) and son (Seattle, WA) are both Ohio State engineering graduates working and pursuing graduate degrees. The family is passionate about sailboat racing and cruising on Lake Erie and in Southwest Harbor, Maine, as well as hiking, traveling, cross-country skiing, and trying new foods and beverages along the way. In addition to being a father and husband, Steve is devoted to and cherishes his service to his church and the Boy Scouts.
