COVID-19 Tolling

On Friday, March 27, 2020, the Supreme Court of Ohio, in conjunction with related legislative enactments, issued a sweeping tolling order of all Ohio state court deadlines between March 9, 2020 and July 30, 2020 (or the end of the COVID-19 emergency, if earlier).
